Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence.

If the product you receive is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item

You may request an exchange within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn

  • It must be returned in original packaging

  • All tags and accessories must be intact

Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.
